Really cool stuff! zooooooooom!
—Jon
Anderson

I truly am blown away.
This is truly MY music - the stuff that
I grew up with and is so near and dear to
my heart in ways I can't ever explain.
...I'm glad I still (at
51) have an open mind (after hearing [other
tribute albums] I'd have every reason not
to). These type of projects where you so
drastically change the "performance
medium" rarely have anything of any
value to offer anyone, especially for a
die-hard fan like me.
What I heard on the website
absolutely knocked my socks off (and that
takes a LOT).
I would've bet good money
that no one could have come up with an arrangement
of "heart of the sunrise" and
make it sound organic to a big band setting
but you have. My extreme compliments! Your
team is one of a kind!
...BRAVO!

Hi there -
I'm sure you'll be hearing
from a lot of people about your music, but
I just wanted to drop you a note and say
'well done'.
Growing up as a 'prog fan'
first (Rush, Yes, Genesis) I grew into jazz
very quickly - Weather Report, Mahavishnu
Orchestra, then back to Miles, Brubeck,
Hank Mobley and on and on.
I've been a musician all
my life, and I've always heard the jazz
tendencies with Yes and Genesis (and Rush
to a lesser extent).
The samples you have on
your site are wonderful, and sound to me
like you have loved these songs and know
them well. It is difficult for me to listen
to covered versions of songs I know intimately
- I make many assumptions about the artists
performing the songs, and most are negative.
There are plenty of 'cash grab' covers out
there, and I can spot them for what they
are at once. Without fail, the crucial ingredient
they lack is integrity.
I'm looking forward to your
record, and wish you well.
I really liked your version of The Rain
Song...what a great mood. Can't wait to
hear the whole album!

Thanks for covering Available Light, which
is a much lesser known Rush song, but one
of my very favorites. I give you guys a
lot of credit for that. I've heard way too
many versions of Tom Sawyer. :)
